LIQUID LYE LTD TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions describe the services offered by us and form a contract between you, the user, and Liquid Lye Ltd. These Terms and Conditions must be accepted in order to use the Site and purchase our Products.

 

BY USING THIS SITE OR PURCHASING A PRODUCT VIA THE SITE OR THROUGH ANOTHER METHOD OF COMMUNICATION WITH US, USERS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISIONS HEREOF. • “Terms” or “Agreement” means these Terms & Conditions.

• “Liquid Lye,” “we,” “our,” “us” means Liquid Lye Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Ghana.

• “User,” “you,” “your” means any person or business accessing the Site or purchasing Products.

 

1.2 Agreement to Be Bound

By using the Site or purchasing Products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your information.

 

SECTION II: GENERAL PROVISIONS

Orders typically dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location. Delivery dates are estimates only. Liquid Lye Ltd is not liable for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events.

Risk of loss passes to the User once the Product is handed to the courier.

4.6 International Shipments

International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance. We do not guarantee customs approval.

4.7 Delivery Rates

Delivery fees depend on location, courier rates, and package weight.

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through arbitration in Accra, in accordance with Ghana’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798). Class actions are not permitted.
